Welcome to the The Menopause Transition Workshop. Designed to educate and support women as we navigate the various symptoms and challenges of Peri-Menopause to Menopause
Nat aims to demystify the often misunderstood and stigmatized topic of menopause, offering a safe and inclusive space to learn.
The class provides evidence-based information on the physical, emotional and mental changes that accompany menopause. We'll talk about how these changes can impact mood, sleep, and overall well-being. The class also addresses common symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia and weight gain offering practical strategies for managing these challenges.
Practical tips and lifestyle adjustments form an large part of the discussions, equipping you with many tools to enhance their quality of life. Nat will discuss what homronal changes are happening at this time, and breaks down in everyday language what this actually means for your day to day life. From dietary recommendations that support hormonal balance to exercise routines that promote bone, heart and mental health, the class empowers women to make informed choices that positively impact their overall health.
We'll also chat about medical interventions including HRT, hysterectomy and complementary therapies to help you confidently decide what works best for your life.
The goal is to Empower women to embrace this incredible stage of life and to thrive both through menopause and in the post-menopausal years.
