Hey! So Glad You're Here. I'm Pete 

Bioresonance Practioner, Meditation Teacher and Kinesiology Student.

After many years working in hospitality/tourism, adult education and Information Technology, Pete became aware of the deep need to help men re-connect with the person they came here to be.

​

Pete's awareness of deep unhappiness within the men he worked with, he could see and feel the disconnect from societies expectations, family, relationships and self. There was a void between these men and happiness in their lives. 

​

Pete discovered the stress, overwork and exhaustion of corporate life was quite unhealthy, literally keeping him unhappy and disconnected from who he felt he truly was. 

​

Pete became a dedicated student of Kinesiology and Bio-resonance, Bio-feedback. Between the two, discovering that once your underlying stresses are identified and dealt with, that symptoms of stress simply dissapear, energy restores, sleep improves and happiness returns. 

​

Pete can help you identify what is causing stress in your body and mind, whether that is food sensitivities, mineral and vitamin deficiencies, environmental toxins, chemical exposure and emotional traumas.

​

Pete's client base spans throughout all age brackets. From digestive symptoms, skin, gut, and emotional dysregulation in early childhood, the hormonal rollercoaster in teenage years, reflux, insomnia, digestive issues and fatigue in mid-life. Through to a wide variety of symptoms in later life.

Meet Nat

With an extensive background in the health and wellness industry, Natalie is our Bowen Therapist and Pilates Instructor. Nat also has experience working with many acute and chronic conditions as a Registered Nurse, Chronic Disease Co-ordinator and Midwife. She has worked in Acute and sub-acute Cardiac care, Medical and Surgical Units, Chronic Disease Management and education, Rehabilitation, Chronic Pain, Midwifery (Birthing Units, Pre and Post Natal) and women's wellness.  She has a comprehensive understanding of medical, surgical, rehabilitative and complementary options. Nat's approach to health is truly holistic, viewing the journey to wellness as requiring physical, mental, emotional and energetic balance.  This requires lifestyle commitment including viewing nutritional, movement, mindfulness habits.

Passionate about working with clients suffering from long term pain and dealing with multiple medical issues and often poor mobility, Nat's goal is always client centred and is based around helping you feel and move as well in your body as possible.

​

As a qualified Menopause Coach, Nat's particular area of passion and expertise is Women's hormonal health - particularly the transition from peri-menopause to menopause and beyond. Nat loves teaching women how to prepare and embrace this period of their lives in the healthiest way they can, in order to optimise physical strength, emotional stability, minimising stereotyped symptoms, optimise brain, breast, bone and heart health and basically to live the second half of their lives with energy and joy.

Nat began studies as a Bowen Therapist in 2013. She has a Diploma in Specialised Bowen Therapy. She attends regular workshops to stay up to date with new assessment techniques through respected Australian and International Trainers and has extra qualifications including Ron Phelan's Specialised Cranial/TMJ/Atlas correction techniques, MSTR Scar release, Hormonal release technique, IOS and TPD systems of Assessment and treatment from Graham Pennington, John Garfield's AMT work. Nat is also a Reiki Practitioner and is happy to incorporate Reiki in your session on request.

Also a Diploma qualified Pilates Instructor, she teaches both mat pilates and equipment Studio classes and loves to help clients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, breathing , pain levels drop and mobility improve.

​

When not in the clinic, Natalie loves spending time with her family and German Sheppard you’ll find her loving life in beautiful Noosa either Stand Up Paddling the local waterways, or enjoying the local walking trails.
